ROADWORKS SPECIAL SPEED LIMIT ORDER
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 that Tipperary County Council, exercises its powers vested under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 and in the interest of Road Safety, has made an order as follows; to introduce a Temporary Road Traffic 50km/hr Speed Limit, by way of Road Works Speed Limit Orders to facilitate road works as specified in the Schedule below: -
Refurbishment and re-purposing for training, educational and office use of the three storey Dan Breen House which sits centrally within the application site currently with an adjoining brick-built side extension.
Tipperary County Council now invite the residents of the local area, members of the public and other interested parties to participate in the second non-statutory public consultation on the Route Corridor Options for the Lough Derg Greenway Project. This consultation will run from Monday 28th November 2022 to Thursday 12th January 2023.
Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT) is an annual tax. It is calculated at 3% of the market value of land within its scope. It will apply from 2024 onwards. Certain properties are excluded from the tax such as existing residential properties liable for Local Property Tax (LPT).
