Following consultation with the Health Service Executive, Uisce Eireann and Tipperary County Council issued a boil water notice on the Dundrum Regional Public Water Supply on the 17th August 2023.
Friday, 25 August 2023: Uisce Éireann and Tipperary County Council wish to notify customers supplied by the Ardfinnan Regional Public Water Supply that the Boil Water Notice issued on 7 July is now lifted with immediate effect. This follows consultation with the HSE.
Nenagh Town was nominated by Tipperary County Council to represent Tipperary in the 2023 All-Ireland Pride of Place Competition in the category for towns with a population of over 4,000. The Nenagh entry was entitled ‘We♥Nenagh’ and the Pride of Place judges, Eddie Sheehy and John Briggs, visited Nenagh on Thursday 10th August.

It will be an opportunity for all generations to have their say and input into the PLAN and the key actions and outcomes arising from it.
Affected customers in the following areas can now resume normal use of the water supply for drinking, food preparation and brushing teeth: Holycross, Thurles, Ballycahill, Bouladuff, Dovea, Borrisoleigh and Drom and surrounding areas.
