Monday, 21 August, 2023: Uisce Éireann and Tipperary County Council wish to notify customers supplied by the Thurles Regional Public Water Supply that the Boil Water Notice issued on 14 July is now lifted with immediate effect. This follows consultation with the HSE. 

Affected customers in the following areas can now resume normal use of the water supply for drinking, food preparation and brushing teeth: Holycross, Thurles, Ballycahill, Bouladuff, Dovea, Borrisoleigh and Drom and surrounding areas.

Colin Cunningham, Uisce Éireann, acknowledged the impact of this notice on the community.
