INTENTION TO CLOSE ROADS ASSOCIATED WITH M7 MOTORWAY JUNCTION 25 NENAGH CO.TIPPERARY

NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED M7 Junction 25
Closure 3 – Eastbound Off-Slip at M7 J25 (Nenagh)

Closure 4 – Eastbound On-Slip at M7 J25 (Nenagh)

Closure 5 – Westbound Off-Slip at M7 J25 (Nenagh)

Closure 6 – Westbound On-Slip at M7 J25 (Nenagh)

Closure 7– R498 between Eastbound Off-Slip and Eastbound On-Slip Roundabouts

Closure 8 – L5137 at the junction with R498 (Dublin Rd)

PERIOD OF
CLOSURE: From Monday the 15th of April 2024 to Sunday the 05th of May 2024, Works will be nightly from 19:00hrs to 06:00hrs during the period.

Closure 4 – M7 Westbound to J26 (Nenagh), M7 Eastbound

Closure 6 – M7 Eastbound to J24 (Nenagh), M7 Westbound

Closure 7– Div1 – L5137, R445 (Dublin Rd) to M7 J24
– Div2 – R498, R497 (Pearse St), R445 (Dublin Rd) to M7 J24
Closure 8 – Div1 – R445 (Dublin Rd) to M7 J24, M7 Eastbound to J25
– Div2 – R445 (Dublin Rd), R497 (Pearse St), R498 to J25

REASON FOR CLOSURE: To carry out Pavement Works

Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh not later than 12 noon on Friday 22nd of March 2024 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-7079 Lisglenbeha to Ballynakill, Co. Tipperary to facilitate road resurfacing works. Commencing Thursday 14th March 2024 at 07.00hrs and finishing on the 15th March 2024 at 15.00hrs. 
Diversions will be in place. Expect delays. Local access will be facilitated.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-3650 Shanballyduff, Two Mile Borris, Co.Tipperary.
From the 12th of March 2024 to the 13th of March 2024 for resurfacing works.
From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Local Access only.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-3501 Crohan, Newcastle, Co.Tipperary.
From 07.30hrs to 18.00hrs on the 12th of March 2024 for drainage works.
Local access maintained.Diversion via Newcastle – Ardfinnan-Goatenbridge.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-6159-0 Garrane, Toomevara, Co.Tipperary.
From the 11th of March 2024 to the 13th of March 2024 for resurfacing works.

From the 11th of March 2024 to the 20th of March 2024 for pavement repair works.
From 08.30hrs to 17.00hrs for the duration of the works.

From the 11th of March 2024 to the 12th of March 2024 for resurfacing works.
From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Diversion will be in place. Local Access Only. Expect delays.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-4126 Cormackstown, Holycross, Co.Tipperary.
From the 08th of March 2024 to the 11th of March 2024 for road resurfacing.
From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Road will be closed between Tobins Cross and The Heath. Diversion via Holycross and Beakstown Local access only.

From the 08th of March 2024 to the 11th of March 2024 for resurfacing works.
From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
