DECISION TO CLOSE THE M8 Motorway at Junction 11 and Junction 12,Co. Tipperary.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council has made an Order closing:
ROAD TO
BE CLOSED: The M8 Motorway Southbound carriageway between Junctions 11 and 12, Tincurry and Kilbeheny

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: Between 20:00hrs and 06.00hrs on the 26th of June and the 27th of June ALTERNATIVE
ROUTES:

Diversion via the R639 road between Junction 11 Tincurry and Junction 12 Kilbeheny.

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED: The M8 Motorway Southbound and Northbound between Junctions 11 and 12, Tincurry and Kilbeheny between 20:00 on the 28th and 07:00 on the 29th of June.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: Between 20:00 on the 28th and 07:00 on the 29th of June.

REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate road works.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-3506-2 Ballyveera to Frehans , Co.Tipperary.
From 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs on the 15 June 2023 for road resurfacing.
Local traffic diverted along L-3501 and L-3505

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-7316 Boherbui,Co.Tipperary
From 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs on the 14 June 2023 for road resurfacing.
Traffic diverted along L-3312 and L-3301. Local Access maintained as much as possible.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L1215-0 Cunnahurt West to the R445, Nenagh,Co.Tipperary.
From the 14 June 2023 to the 16 June 2023 for roadworks programme.
From 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Diversions in place, with Local access only.

Temporary Traffic Management on the R-665 Knocknagapple, Co.Tipperary.
From 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs on the 13 June 2023 for road resurfacing.
Traffic diverted along R639 and L-3313. Local Access maintained as much as possible.

Temporary Traffic Management on R505 Knockavilla, Dundrum, Co. Tipperary.

Temporary Traffic Management on the R-670 Garnavilla to Rochestown, Co.Tipperary. From 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs on the 12 June 2023 for road resurfacing.
Traffic diverted along R668 & R665. Local Access maintained as much as possible.

Temporary Traffic Management on the R-639 Kedrah,Co.Tipperary.
From 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs on the 09 June 2023 for resurfacing works.
Stop/Go with Convoy control system in place.

Temporary Traffic Management on the R688 ,Rosegreen, Co.Tipperary.
From 08.00hrs to 11.30hrs on the 08 June 2023 for road resurfacing.
Traffic to divert along the L1409 and R639.
Access for local traffic will be maintained
