Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the road in the following estate to be a public road;
- Millersbrook (Part of), Borrisokane Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary
A map showing details of Millersbrook, Nenagh may be inspected at the Nenagh Municipal District Office, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Monday 29 July 2024 to Wednesday 28 August 2024 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Objections or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Liam Brett, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday 11 September 2024.
