I am not happy with the level of Higher Education Grant that I am receiving how can I appeal this decision?
Appeals must be made in writing to Mr. Pat Slattery, Director of Corporate Services, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Emmet Street, Clonmel, Co Tipperary or Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh Co Tipperary.
