Tipperary County Council, pursuant to Section 7 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 as amended, keeps a register for the purposes of the Planning & Development Acts in respect of all land within its functional area.

Please be advised that the Planning Authority is currently unable to carry out Planning Searches until further notice. As a result, we are unable to process Planning Search applications at this time.
Should you require copies of Planning Decisions or Final Grants, these may be obtained at a cost of €5 per copy. If required, please forward a list of planning reference numbers with appropriate fee and we will arrange retrieval of the documents where possible.
