Notice of intention to make a planning application within a period of 2 weeks prior to the submission of the application must be published in a local or national newspaper. Tipperary County Council has prepared an approved list of newspapers that corresponds with each Municipal District Area. A planning application shall be deemed invalid in the event that a notice is not published in accordance with this approved.
