PERIOD OF
CLOSURE: 08:30hrs on Monday 04 December 2023 to 17:00hrs on Tuesday 05 December 2023.
ALTERNATIVE
ROUTES: Divert by the R445 at Gortnashehy for the R499 (Silvermines Road) and the L2132 at Kilnacranna Bridge towards Cappadine.

REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate Alignment correction on the tracks at Level crossing XN125

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the roads in the following estates to be public roads:

Tipperary, E32 YV00 from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Friday 20th October 2023 to Monday 20th of November 2023 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
