Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the roads in the following estates to be public roads:

• Oakwood, Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary.

Map showing details of Oakwood, Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary may be inspected at the Carrick on Suir Municipal District Office, Town Hall, New St, Townparks, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary, E32 YV00 from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Friday 20th October 2023 to Monday 20th of November 2023 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.

Objections or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Marcus O' Connor, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 4th December 2023.

Temporary Traffic Management at L2208-2 Ballincurry to Wilford, Co.Tipperary to Facilitate Emergency Drainage Works.
Works commencing 16th of October 2023 at 07.00hrs and finishing on the 20th October 2023 at 19.00hrs.
Diversions will be in place and traffic will be diverted via the R690 and R691. Expect delays. Local access will be facilitated.

Temporary Traffic Management on the R640 Bridge Street,Cahir,Co.Tipperary.
From the 16th of October 2023 to the 30th of October 2023 for Bridge Repair Works.
From 08.30hrs to 17.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Traffic Management will be in place.

Temporary Traffic Management on the R-491 Cloughjordan,Co.Tipperary.
From the 16th of October 2023 to the 18th of October 2023 for restoration works.
From 09.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
The road will be closed for periods during the works and a diversion will be in place.
Stop and Go system will be in place.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-2111 Derryhogan,between Littleton and Glengoogle Co.Tipperary.
From the 12th of October 2023 to the 13th of October 2023 for resurfacing works.
From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Local access only,Diversion in place.

Temporary Traffic Management on the N74 Kilfeacle, Co.Tipperary
From the 11th of October 2023 to the 12th of October 2023.
From 08.00hrs to 17.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Stop and Go system in place.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-6501-0 Annsfort/Rathkenty,Lisronagh, Clonmel,Co.Tipperary.
From the 12th of October 2023 to the 13th of October 2023 for road resurfacing.
From 07.00hrs to 18.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Diversions will be in place. Expect Delays. Local access will be facilitated

Temporary Traffic Managment on the R-688-4 Mocklerstown to Ballybeg, Clonmel,Co.Tipperary.
From the 07th of October 2023 to the 08 October 2023 to facilitate the installation of High Friction Surfacing.
From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Traffic lights / Stop GO will be in place Expect Delays. Local access will be facilitated.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-7201-2 Jossestown,Fethard,Co.Tipperary.
From 11.00hrs to 14.00hrs on the 6th of October 2023, for resurfacing works.
Diversions will be in place. Expect Delays. Local access will be facilitated.

N24 Clonmel to Carrick on Suir Road closed .
Road Closed between Kilsheelan and MSD.
The following diversion routes are in place:
Traffic travelling along the N24 towards Clonmel will divert left on to New Street in Carrick on Suir Town. Traffic will continue heading towards Main Street and divert left on to the R-680 across Dillion Bridge. Traffic will continue along the R680 heading towards Clonmel. At Gurteen Lower Junction Traffic will divert right onto the R-706 and cross over the Kilsheelan Bridge. Traffic will then turn left after kilsheelan bridge rejoining the N24.
