Urban Framework Plan Consultation

The Carrick on Suir Town Development Plan, 2013 came into effect in November, 2013. The development plan sets out the strategic planning framework, policies and objectives of the Council for land use development within the plan boundary. The plan consists of a written statement and supporting maps which can be accessed by clicking on the link below

Town Development Plans were adopted by the former Town Councils in Tipperary. These plans provide a land use framework at a town level. The plans contain policies and objectives for the determining the appropriate location and form of different types of development in these urban areas.
